Samuel Barrow is a Texas Registered Sanitarian #5292 and founded Texas Septic Design to streamline OSSF plans for installers and homeowners in the Greater Houston Area. He received education from both the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M with a biology focus in order to earn the creditials required to create on-site sewage facility work.

He has experience maintaining the Harris County Park aerobic systems which are some of the largest systems in the Houston Area, so he knows what works and what doesn't.
